INSULAIRR® ceramic fiber boards are manufactured by vacuum forming process. These boards are high strength, rigid, self supporting & designed for use as back-up insulation or installed as hot face furnace lining applications and resistant to high velocities, vibrations and mechanical stresses.
INSULAIRR® ceramic fiber boards offer a thermally efficient, thermal shock resistant high temperature insulation solution. These boards are made of high quality ceramic fibers and are available in a variety of temperature grades, densities, and sizes. We also offer custom sizes & shapes.
INSULAIRR® ceramic fiber boards have an excellent homogeneity throughout the thickness. The excellent rigidity and mechanical properties feature easy handling and quick installation in various industrial projects.
INSULAIRR® Insulation Systems provide an effective solution to a variety of heat processing applications. They have good strength before & after heating. These boards can be used for up to 50% reduction in furnace lining thickness when compared to firebrick and castable.
