INSULAIRR® ceramic fiber blankets offer a thermally efficient, thermal shock resistant high temperature insulation solution. These blankets are made of high quality ceramic fibers with controlled shot content and are available in a variety of temperature grades, densities, and sizes.
INSULAIRR® ceramic fiber blankets are double needled for extra strength. They are binder free and combine the advantages of dimensional stability at high temperatures. INSULAIRR® fibers are completely inorganic and non-combustible.
INSULAIRR® Insulation Systems provide an effective solution to a variety of heat processing
applications. They have good strength and flexibility before & after heating. All blankets have excellent chemical resistance unaffected by all chemicals except hydrofluoric acids and strong alkalies.
